Press it. That is the whole manual.

Questions Families Ask Us
Will my parents be able to use it on their own?
Yes. That is the whole point. There is one button. Clip it on a fingertip, press once, and the numbers appear in about five seconds. No app, no phone, no account. Most people get it right the first time.
What does it measure?
Blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) and pulse rate. It does not measure blood sugar or blood pressure, and it does not diagnose anything. It is a quick check for general wellness, sports and travel.
How big are the numbers?
Big. The OLED display is bright and high-contrast, built so you can read it without your glasses. Look at the second gallery photo to see the screen up close.
Does it need charging or an app?
No. It runs on two AAA batteries, which are included, and it turns itself off after each reading. There is nothing to pair and nothing to update.
Does it fit smaller or older hands?
The spring clip is gentle and fits most adult and teen fingertips. Cold hands and nail polish can slow a reading, so warm the hand first and use a bare finger.
Is this a medical device?
It is intended for general wellness and sports or aviation use. It is not intended to diagnose, treat or replace medical advice. If a reading worries you, or you have a health concern, talk to your doctor.
How do the bundles work?
One oximeter is $39.99. Two are $69.99, which saves $9.99. Three are $94.99, which saves $24.98. The saving is applied automatically at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days and typically arrive in 5 to 9 business days, tracked. US shipping is free over $70.
What if they don't use it?
You have 60 days from delivery. If it is not right for your family, email us at hello@hzlife.co and we arrange a refund.
60 Days At Home, On Us
Give it to them and watch what happens. If it is not the easiest health tool in the house after 60 days, email us and we refund your order. No forms, no hoops.
