60-Day Home Trial

If the oximeter is not right for your family, email hello@hzlife.co within 60 days of delivery and we arrange a refund.

Faulty Or Damaged Items

If your oximeter arrives faulty or damaged, send us a photo and we ship a replacement or refund the order, whichever you prefer.

What We Need

• Your order number
• The email address used at checkout
• For faults, a photo of the issue

Refund Timing

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
